There is also an elegant living-dining room with rustic and well-kept details, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Between the kitchen and the garage is the pantry and utility room.

The first floor offers three very pleasant bedrooms, two of them with a separate bathroom with shower and bath (Jacuzzi) and the last one with bathroom en suite.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with spectacular views, where you can enjoy peace and tranquillity, both in the chill out area with porch and in the wonderful swimming pool.

The property is surrounded by nature, with rustic land behind the house, as well as the private garden, with a great variety of plants and trees, where you can walk or relax.

This house has an unbeatable location, being in a very quiet area and at the same time close to all amenities.
