This cozy house of 110 m2 is available for temporary rent, is located in the heart of the Colònia de Sant Pere village, which is close to the beach and shops. The house has two floors and a solarium with stunning views of the mountains and of the sea. On the ground floor we find the fully equipped american kitchen, the tastefully decorated dining room, a small bathroom and a living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace that offers beautiful views of the mountain. The house consists of four rooms and all are located on the first floor of the house. Three rooms are single and one room is double. The single rooms are all decorated in the same youthful style and all have plenty of space to store their belongings.
The bedrooms are equipped with the bed with drawers, a wardrobe and a table to study. The main bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
 On this floor we find a bathroom with shower also. The house is very bright, is in very good condition and would be perfect for a family.

The rent is temporary, ideal for workers, companies, students or people with extraordinary situations.
