Cosy flat with incredible views in Colonia de Sant Pere
This flat with spectacular sea views is for rent on a monthly basis.

The flat is located on a first floor in an ideal area of the town, so its location allows you to enjoy the tranquility being only 500 metres from the centre.

Entering we find a spacious living room with air conditioning and lots of light due to the large windows that it has, through which we can enjoy the wonderful views that this location offers. Through the living room we can access a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains where we can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area.

It consists of three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub en suite, another with two bunk beds and finally one with two single beds. Apart from having another independent bathroom with shower.

In the kitchen we can enjoy plenty of storage, washing machine and gas hob.

There are also wooden stairs that lead to the upper part where we can find a small storage corner and another solarium.
